The most common types of surgery performed are anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, cartilage repair, arthroscopic knee surgery and surgical replacement of the knee joint.
We treat a number of shoulder disorders such as athletic injuries, overuse syndromes, degenerative and traumatic lesions and arthritic conditions.
Treatment includes, but is not limited to, total hip joint replacement. We have an active research department conducting research related to arthroplasty in an effort to improve the longevity of total joint replacements.
Most patients with spinal problems present with pain as a significant problem in their history. Other spinal problems relate to a significant change in shape of the spinal column - like a curve in the back, called 'scoliosis'.
